WHO IS TOM MODIC?

With well over 25 years of experience selling properties in the East Bay, Tom has seen both the ups and occasional downs of the real estate cycle. He has experience selling in all situations, including probate and trust sales, conservatorships and even life estates. He takes his fiduciary responsibility to his clients seriously and their loyalty and many referrals prove it.

Focusing on selling mostly single family homes, Tom has also enjoyed represented the Buyers and Sellers of condominiums, large residential income properties, and even a converted water tower in West Berkeley.

An Emeryville resident since 1999, Tom has served for many years on the Bicycle/Pedestrian Committee, helped plan the local Greenway, and is very active in local politics. He is a fierce advocate of livable cities, and Emeryville, with its small size and extensive redevelopment, could be a shining example. He and his wife enjoy theater, music, dance, travel, and the wonderful California outdoor life.
